I've been doing it for 2.5 years and love how I feel. That + no caffeine were real game changers for me.

I quit caffeine for months & no material effect. I drink little per day/just in am to begin with but I'm curious, was it impacting you negatively?

What specifically did cutting out the caffeine do for you? I'm assuming coffee mostly? Thinking of cutting it out completely too.

My energy levels are stable all day, and, most importantly, I removed an unnecessary chemical addiction from my life.

I have quit caffeine since january. I do not know any particular benefits i get from this. However i would observe that sometimes i now feel sleppy a bit more during the day and take more of shorter naps than before. However i need to get on a better sleep schuedule.
