What kind of alcohol do any of you on the carnivore/animal-based diet drink? I know you’re not supposed to drink it at all but on some occasions I will have a drink. What is the least harmful?

oh you can make kefir that's alcoholic. I mean it might not be too good if it's alcoholic. I tried to reproduce some kefir and it ended up kind up like a beer. didn't last many batches after that lol
