Promotions and recognitions have become meaningless at work.

The amount of favoritism and fraternization that occurs is sickening.

It can be discouraging at times, especially for people that are putting in the work that’s necessary.

The world needs proof of work. Not just in #bitcoin.

Rewards should go to the hardest working people.
