Tbf, I have been concerned about this with a number of clients. Allowing YouTube embeds is just as bad from a tracking perspective. It would be good to convert YouTube links to invidious embeds instead.

I don’t know of any specifically using Google Analytics, but several PWA clients have external embeds on by default. Some allow you to turn them off.

Iris has this under Settings->Content

I’m not sure how this works on Snort, Coracle, et al.
