nostr lottery....bot creates a note to represent a lottery event, degens zap it within a 24h window, bot chooses random zapper at end of window (higher zaps have more weight) and zaps the whole potluck to lucky winner. This your plan?

Was actually thinking about a bunch of gambling ideas involving zaps and DMs recently. I think there's a lot of potential to piggyback on existing clients this way, so you don't even need a custom Web UI at all.
