I agree with most of this. I don't have enough information to form an opinion on some of the specifics and predictions.
The way these LLMs are programmed is very tricky and sort of a black box. They can be extremely manipulative. AI is a truth-meter with a throttle, shipped free so that you train it, and it trains you.
But the topic of how to unplug the crowd is interesting.
