Replying to Avatar Cryptospooks

Perhaps something can be done with an approach of checking immediate replies to a post. The swiftness of ReplyGuy can be their undoing (at least temporarily).

I think it’s being done already with rate limiting but it’s still getting through

What about relays checking if a certain epub has already submitted a note before and when not only accept it after a certain delay? That'll slow spammers down.
