This is just a testing ground.

Next will be ISPs asking for a form of "gov social credit" that you are allowed to have internet connection at home.

And I am not afraid of this kind of scenario to be pushed... I am afraid more about people's compliance in regards with this kind of plan.

that's why if you are awake you are moving to the margins where the rules are not enforceable and the people all around you are not in a position to be asleep due to the requirements of their environment and business (ie, farming, islands, wild lands, small towns) - not to mention they probably spend more time out in their garden or paddock than watching TV

How do we fight this?
