A real hegemon rules by soft power and strong diplomacy. A failing hegemon has only hard power left when his soft power disappears. This is the most important evidence of the former imperial status of the USA globally and of the bleak future which expects his terrorist-talmudic-genocidal-cum-apartheid Jewish protege' in the Middle East region.
