Art V convention of the states, baby! 19 states have passed the request and 34 states would be needed. Not impossible. And I would love the chaos and forcing people to read the constitution who would rather democratically castrate the flyover states.
States should utilize the Article 5 clause of the U.S. Constitution to ratify a new amendment.
This would allow for state legislatures ALONE to amend the constitution directly WITHOUT the need for any kind of federal approval of any kind.
