the first house i rented, i used to drive to the landlords office to deliver the check in person, always early. i didn’t understand why he liked me so much until later. 🤷
This is one of those moments where I am amazed by others will to power and question if I am far to agreeable in dispostion.
These kinds of situations always seem to make the person who is in the right appear unreasonable when in fact they are simply maintaining an agreement.

please dont get me started on current generation character traits. things like keeping your word. ill sound old.
