Will a „cache“ wallet help with „lost my keys in a boating accident“?

A big counter argument to „lost my keys in a boating accident“ is if the addresses of the fund are known (maybe through usage of kyc exchanges). If the funds move in the future, one can assume you regained control over them. When using a cache wallet it is not obvious that the second cold storage wallet belongs to the same person who owns the cache wallet.

Did i get that right?

No. "Cache wallet" in fact are MANY wallets: LN nodes, desktop wallets (electrum, sparrow), temporary wallets that you use only to manage the in and outs and organize them in decent UTXOs and destinations.

THINK LIKE A BANK.
