I think that’s because there hasn’t been any onboarding improvement in terms of content surfacing. Global is still global and looks like a mess last I looked. For the longest time we were just recommending bitcoiners as people to follow. Casual glancer propbably can’t relate .

It's a solid hypothesis, but it might also be low topical diversity (nothing to onboard to aside from bitcoin) or low value add (not as "interesting" as existing big alternatives). Or the bar for good consumer product UX is too high and we still can't reach it. Or we still have not built enough good external triggers to hook people back. Probably a combination of all that.
