Wallet of Satoshi is a common/easy lightning wallet you can download from the app store
after you download that, copy your wallet’s LN-URL into damus settings and you should be all set

Apple is currently blocking Damus from tipping posts directly (can still tip/zap profiles) but once that goes away you’ll see zaps flying around like crazy lol
