WhatsApp has e2e, the others are just plaintext. I would avoid WhatsApp though.

Gotcha. Thought you were including Signal in there. I avoid WhatsApp like the plague as it inches closer to being like Facebook Messenger… now with Meta AI. Sadly the rest of the world is addicted to it.
