You can probably try using:
wss://nfrelay.app
as your "global feed" relay in your nostr client setting.
By default it will filter nsfw content but still including other mostr bridges post.
You can also use it with parameters like this:
wss://nfrelay.app/?user=nostr
To filter out bridges content completely.
