Everyone here already knows this, but feel free to share with your friends not on Nostr.

Everyone on Facebook, Linkedin, TikTok, etc., have noticed....someone....was forcing these companies to censor various topics. Whether it was COVID, politics, money, religion, etc...

Everyone has seen something that just doesn't add-up.

So if...someone...is censoring speech, who, why and how are they doing it? More importantly, what could be a solution to this problem?

I have a question about this part:

«But what if that model could be disrupted? Disrupted in a way where content creators, and all the people making billions of posts, directly get compensated from other users?»

Wouldn’t it be more precise to say that the disruption from the existing centralized walled gardens is on the part of client builders/developers and relay runners? They are not beholden to TBTFB, advertisers or government because they can be funded directly by the users through bitcoin/lightning and those sweet zaps.
