arbitrary lines drawn

in a never-ending attempt

to convince ourselves

that time exists

but time is just an illusion

time does not exist; clocks exist

time has no beginning nor ending

that which humans celebrate as a #NewYear is neither the beginning

nor the end

time is seamless and unchanged

the only true time is the #NOW

and technically we all live in the past

(our brains take a tiny amount of #time to register everything that happens)

time is a part of our experience

but it is not a fundamental part of the universe

time is just a rubber band

time is at our command
