PSA: Ordinals fork for Lightcoin (LTC) released. Now only costs cents on the dollar to immortalize your porn on a blockchain. Use of Bitcoin Network for Ordinals no longer necessary and no longer has market incentive.

NFTs obviously already existed prior to ordinals, and counterparty even let you trade them for bitcoin.

putting it on litecoin doesn’t change anything

If you want your ordinals to exist forever, or at least for longer than the few years it takes a shitcoin to die, you have to rely on Bitcoin.
