The Bible app on my phone keeps pushing updates on the versions I have downloaded for offline reading. Why/what are they updating in a version that’s been in print for 20+ years?!
For convenience I often read books on my phone, but that’s one of the reasons I still like print books. For better or worse, it’s not going to get changed or revoked.
Could it be feature updates like bookmarking or highlighting. I doibt they are changing the book text.

That would make more sense but it’s specifically the Bible file. I’ll try to screenshot it next time it happens.
Hmm. Could it be an update to different translations? There seems to be a new and different translation of the bible all the time.
