I get that point but me living relatively close to it makes me unhappy with properties I own (3y till I can sell w/o tax), I would rather have that money in btc. As it comes to buyers in lets say Africa, why would they care? Kind of reminds me russia bans on btc. Seems to me its more a news justifying moved.
