I know I need to take the time to understand if there are implications in play. But can someone explain if there is any urgency?

I have all my nonKYC #Bitcoin sitting in cold storage. It has been mixed using Whirlpool via Sparrow in 1M Sat denominations.

Now. If all miners pooled their hash with nostr:npub1qtvl2em0llpnnllffhat8zltugwwz97x79gfmxfz4qk52n6zpk3qq87dze tomorrow … am I fucked in anyway?

If all miners piled their hash in one pool we'd all be fucked

Ok but you see where I’m going. I’m basically an idiot who k owes nothing. Do I need to do anything with my mixed coins or nah?

Nah, you're good - the pool shouldn't have any issues with coinjoins anyway, but any that are there will soon be fixed - or coinjoins will be streamlined to work more efficiently. Even if all pools adopted a policy of not relaying or confirming transactions from coinjoined utxos the damage would be catastrophic and some sort of fall out event would probably lead to a split. It's in no miners interest to have a repeat of the blocksize wars.

Thanks Matt! I’ll go back to stacking and mixing and I’ll try to figure out my shit later!

You're welcome 🤙👌

Your bitcoin in cold storage that have already been mixed will be absolutely fine. Zero impact.

If ocean mines a block, it simply means that one block won't include transactions from ordinals or coinjoins from whirlpool.

Those transactions will just go through in the next block instead ~10 minutes later.
