Was watching four-minute mile running videos just to marvel at how insane and torturous it would be. Then saw some people doing it in by running downhill. Started thinking how fast I could run a mile downhill, then what the record for the mile is if downhill running were allowed. Is it 3:30? Less?

Then I realized it all depends on the steepness of the hill. Anyone could just jump off a mile-high cliff and break the record easily.

Technically that wouldn’t be running though, that’s suicide 😂

splitting hairs!

Maybe it’s time someone developed a standard of downhill running :p

Hi Dan

Good afternoon, Dan!
