3 hr intervals after 7 am, 3 sleep 3 awake until 10 pm then it’s office, reports and management criteria for the night.
You got it! This works well, from my experience. Only warning is to make sure to eat at correct times and consistently! 🐶🐾🫡🫂

Hahaha oh yeah! You know I’m sneaking in gaming in there, I still got a lot of titles I haven’t 100% completed yet. So far Res 4 has taken up a lot of my free time. I’m trying to do a professional run under 3 hrs to get some unlockables. I need the chicken hat for Leon!
