Oof. I'm guessing someone forked it and made an app. Here's the official site to download it:
Also, if you're getting the failure to upload on Amethyst. Just upload straight to Nostr.build then copy and paste the link. You don't need a pro account as long as the file is under 11mb I think. I have a pro account, and I always upload this way to avoid double compression and retain media quality.
