You can get your focus back don’t give up!! Start doing anything that forces you to focus 100% of your attention on a single task (meditation, playing music, reading books). Baby steps, start with 5/10 minutes everyday, and after the habit is set in increase the time little by little.

It’s not a race, it’s a marathon, so don’t rush it, patience and it will come with time.
