The only proper response, not that I have any idea what this prebunking nonsense is about: "I would like to prebunk your next argument by saying, GFY."
EU Ursula von der Lying came up with this nonsense. Debunking would be too late because that "false" information would already spread. So better not even let that information go out through "prebunking". In other words, don't say anything anymore. Just follow government instructions and everything will be fine.
