I would like to apologize for my misstatement in this earlier post. I just got off the phone with Apple and they made it very clear those are content purchases not tips. It does not matter that you already had access to the content.
I would also like to clear up a couple of other common misunderstandings while I'm at it. 2+2=5 and we have always been at war with Eastasia.
