I’m not saying it’s not a responsible thing to do, I’m simply pointing out that it’s not the be all end all when you’re not even sure when your ticket is up.

I’ve known quite a few people that wasted their younger lives to plan for the future, only to have that future snuffed out tragically early. Sure, my life may not be as great versus planning for the future, but I can live everyday of it knowing that I didn’t waste my past.

You could certainly see it both ways, it’s too bad the other person doesn’t realize this.🤷🏻‍♂️
