I'm 0/4 so far on memento caches existing in mountain town. I thought this was a bug or an update but it turns out that mementos have a chance of not existing on interloper and RNGesus has decided he does not bless this run
Can't complain too hard because I just found a second ski jacket while looking for one just now.
