I'm familiar with the kind 1068 polls from NIP-88 but where does the kind 6969 come from?

#noStrudel doesn't support any polls yet, but I've added support for NIP-88 in applesauce so at some point ill add the feature to the app

I've created it on Amethyst. There's a closed PR with this kind here https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/pull/320 but I'm not sure which other clients support it.
