The interview is over, but next I have to call the real estate agent, electricity, gas, water, internet, etc. involved in the move, and I'm not good at even that 😞

Oh no -- you have to call all the utilities?
In general here, if you're renting a place, the real estate broker himself helps or the house owner helps in setting gas, electricity & water (mostly it's already setup). Only internet connection takes separate setup
