Speaking as someone who likes their products, but the purchasing experience is atrocious - they don't even accept lightning payments.

And don't have any UK based distributors.

No good options, sadly.

The problem is FedEx UK, they want to be contacted by the receives not the senders. Our team does contact them too and get the same bullshit.

Fortunately most packages move along.

Any way you could get a UK distributor?

Also would be really helpful to have this in an FAQ with the order email.

Some unofficial in the UK, but we do have EU which is no longer part but might be easier. https://coinkite.com/resellers
