But at the same time, SEC regulations are pretty clear, howey test etc, so they knew all along it was illegal, plus the idea of advertising to people financial freedom, taking those funds to pump their own token, stinks of dis-honesty
Yea they did a lot of shady stuff and she witnessed it all and was okay with it. In a true free market if their ponzei ran dry they would all be hung to death by the people they stole money from. Two years jail a better outcome I'd say for her.
