I know I'm probably preaching to the choir here, but seriously, fuck the state.

It would be really nice if I didn't have to get a microscope stuck up my ass just to operate a small business above board.

Put it into a Private Membership Association and never sign any licences or incorporation paper work.

The you are outside their jurisdiction and you are good to go!
