Yeah it depends on how much.😂 I switched my addiction to ramen. Then had to give them up too…sad. Im at straight carnivore. 9 days now. How do you feel.

Tis’ true! And no veggies either?!?! I feel great, definitely not as weighed down as before - it was hard finding a brand that tasted good
