Democrats have nearly perfected using the justice system as a cudgel. Even liberal justices only bend so far though. The Supreme Court just ruled unanimously 9-0 against the state of Colorado trying to remove Trump from the ballot. That ruling scuttled all the similar cases developing in a few other states.
