"I eat fruit & honey on the carnivore diet" = "I have shots of whiskey here & there while sober"

The some-poison camps (paleo, keto, "animal based") beat the drum that carnivores are "too extreme" and "so dogmatic"

Or maybe, we just like our words to actually mean something? 🤔

tbh just knowing the truth about nutrition is enough to make massive changes on ones health with direct affect on one's symptoms. even with some trade-offs. Symptoms are the reason most will change their diet and stick to it. I think calling them poison camps may be what people are finding extreme.

I think it's ok to call yourself carnivore if you ingest an insignificant amount of plants and feel good. E.g. spices, maybe even cake once a year or some fruit seasonally.

But don't bullshit others into believing it's the ideal or that it's good for anyone. And it's dishonest saying you tried carnivore and it didn't work if you didn't try removing all plants for at least three months.
