I’ve worked in the pharmaceutical industry before and this is not exactly true. There are always “case studies” and science backed data before drugs can be released and distributed . HOWEVER, I do agree that there are always shady business deals going on for certain drugs to be pushed and others are just back logged.
Like 3 months studies that said the vax was safe.
