July - 104.3 kwh ($624.51)

Aug - 129.31 kWh ($749.44)

Sept - ?

Something is not right here. This is like $4+ per kWh.

There are like 12 different additional surcharges & taxes & fees on our monthly bills

Storm protection charge, clean, energy transmission, charge, storm, surcharge, franchise fee, municipal public service tax , etc. … bull shit, bull shit , bull shit

Please give us all the details you can. I am fully intending to be 100% off grid by the spring myself.

Similar to your design pictured, except I am looking to add a propane generator in parallel with the solar array.

I’m also looking at digging 2 Wells for water and my own septic system with two septic tanks connected to one leach/filter field…

I don’t have the full specs /details yet, but if it’s installed before the end of 2025, we can capture the 40% tax credit & it will work out to:

30yr full warranty

Two Tesla battery packs

Rebuilt electrical panel

Covers 90% of annual energy use

$45k financed over 25yrs

7.9% APR

no early payoff penalty

but we can get it all paid off in 10ish years & still keep a lower monthly bill at the current Utility kWh energy rates… which are compounding up at +3% every year with an 8% special assessment increase in 2026 🤯
