Just came from dentist....need to quit smoking cause I am loosing bone and gums from it....and decide whether to undergo surgery to correct cross bites.... 😖😣😵💫

I have some dental implants and it's a lot of work to maintain. Had to have some bone grafts done recently as well too. Very expensive. Take care of your teeth or they will leave you.
It will cost me nothing...I am just a pussy 😂😂😂😂 I am very scared of any kind of intervention...it will be my first.
