I don't really follow UK politics but wasn't this Banksy painting a direct response to the UK government emptying all the murderers thieves and rapists out of prison to make room for peaceful protesters and online activists (anyone who questions the perpetual victims or the control they have over the media and governments)

Last time I I heard anything about it they were interviewing some guy who got early release after he killed and ate a woman because of prison overcrowding from the 10s of thousands that have been arrested for their speech

And these are just the people getting arrested for sharing memes or information about stuff online.
