That’s awesome! What’s improved?

Much better sleep. I'm energized right when I wake up. Skin is less dry. I don't need a drug to function and even thrive. I'm not in a constant artificial fight or flight state. I'm more chill instead of being a rollercoaster. Saving money.

Just read the book Caffeine Blues. Many many benefits from ditching caffeine.
