Excuse my ignorance, but which lighting wallet should I get and how do I “connect it” to nstr zaps? Is there a link you know of that can help with the set up? I’d appreciate it.

It looks like you're a primal OG user so just get the primal wallet setup. If you are on primal it's that little lightning bolt at the bottom in the center
