According to the Washington Post, yesterday the United States attempted to pressure Ukraine to withdraw an Annual U.N. Resolution to be made on Monday, the 3-Year Anniversary of Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine, condemning the Russian Invasion and War; instead replacing it with a toned-down U.S. Statement which “shocked” Kyiv, containing Language perceived as Pro-Russian, while European Leaders saw it as supporting appeasement towards Russia. The request was totally denied by Ukrainian President Zelensky, who has directed to Ministry of Foreign Affairs to continue with the Original Resolution.
