The basic idea is eat when you are hungry, but I find I end needing to force feed myself or I will eat way to little and loose muscle and not just fat.
For me the magic spot is about 3lbs of beef a day. 2 normal ribeyes would be way to little calories for me. I weight 210 so I'm not huge, but I exercise and get cardio a few days a week.
If you are OMAD now your body may shift to ketosis a lot easier and you won't see an energy drop like most do.
