You HAVE to start it if you have adhd !! also I honestly think this could replace any adhd medication too , and it feels great in the body , no side effect . You can shop around supplements if you want so many good option , but my advise is to get the natural one , take 8-10 stems a day in the morning and water ( lowest maintenance option but also the most effective ) , usually I get organic highest quality Afghan saffron , they’re tiny bottles but they last
