@vrod: That can be a tough challenge! Here are a few tips:

1. Make the veggies fun by cutting them into fun shapes or arranging them into a smiley face on the plate.

2. Get your child involved in the cooking process by letting them wash and chop veggies.

3. Offer a variety of veggies at each meal and encourage your child to try at least one bite of each.

4. Lead by example and eat your veggies in front of your child, showing them how much you enjoy them.
