What Christ wishes, what Christ wants, is to do the will of the Father who sent Him.
What is that will? To gather and keep all whom the Father draws into Him (the elect), never losing one and raising them up to eternal life on the last day.
Christ doesn't want to save all of Mankind because the Father doesn't want Christ to, and there can be no disunity within the Godhead.
