nudity is natural i don't see the issue at all.

if she had allowed her daughter to walk around a refugee camp nude then yes the mother would have to be burned alive for this.

but what does it matter if somebody jerks off to a picture printed in a magazine ?

There is a difference between having naked non pornographic pictures of your child in the privacy of your home and videoing it for the whole world to see. Also its not just the shit that happened on screen. You gotta think about the shit that happened off screen.
